Every order ships in a plain, unmarked brown box or padded envelope. There is no indication of the contents on the outside of your package β no logos, no brand names, nothing to suggest what's inside. Your privacy is our priority.
π Customs & Import Duties
Import regulations vary by country. Here's what to expect:
- United Kingdom: Most orders arrive duty-free under UK de minimis rules. VAT at 20% may apply β this is handled at checkout for eligible orders.
- Canada: Most adult products enter Canada duty-free. GST/HST (5β15%) may be collected by the carrier upon delivery for larger orders. This is your country's standard import tax β not an extra fee from us.
- Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000 are duty-free. For orders over AUD $400, the carrier may collect 10% GST at delivery. This is Australia's standard import tax.
- New Zealand: Orders under NZD $1,000 are duty-free. GST (15%) may apply to larger orders at the border.
- Singapore: Most orders under SGD $400 have no GST. Very low import costs overall.

Will customs know what's inside my package?
No. All orders ship in plain packaging with no indication of contents. The customs declaration describes items generically (e.g., "personal care items") without revealing the nature of the products.
Is my order trackable?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. International tracking may show fewer updates than domestic β your package is still moving.
What if my package is delayed?
International shipping can occasionally be delayed by customs processing, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 30+ days, contact us at support@domkink.com and we'll investigate.
Can I return an international order?
Due to the nature of the products and international shipping costs, we cannot accept returns on international orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge β just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
